“Would be nice if cool seats work through fabric like told they woul on the phone. Head rest do not come off front seats so cannot install covers, now I have two covers brand new I cannot use unless I cut them apart and have a modified stictching done. Should have stuck with my old cheap seat covers that slip over head rest and zip/velcro under headrest. Product was not fit for the purpose i was told they would. Dissapointed”

Hi Brad, This is terrible news! I will be in contact shortly to sort all these issues out. I have never had anyone have issues with Black Duck seat covers. Rest assured we will fix this up. Kind regards, Anne
