“What sold them for me was that staff member Luke was knowledgeable and gave me information about how to remove the rear seat to complete the fitting. I had bought another set from elsewhere but returned them as there were no instructions on how to fit the back seat. Surprisingly, having a human with product knowledge at the other end of the phone sells products – WOW, what an innovation”
