“The tonneau I ordered was too small to be useful as it too little overhang. It would have been fine if the tonneau is for show but I rely on this to keep rain out and keep the load secure. This is the second tonneau I had ordered through coverworld for this tray size and the previous cover was perfect. When I took this up with Coverworld they informed me they don't actually make them, then immediately laid the blame with the actual manufacturer. Since I didn't order directly from the manufacturer, the manufacturer were not interested in fixing the issue. I had the sense that Coverworld is quite adept at avoiding any responsibility for problems with orders. They certainly don't stand by their product. I needed this for my business and I can't afford to waste months trying to get any useful response from Coverworld, so I ended up buying another tonneau from Tuff Tonneaus. I wished I had known Coverworld is just a reseller as I would have gone direct to the manufacturer in the first place. If you want a good tonneau, contact Tuff Tonneaus (https://www.tto.com.au/). They make a great product and were very responsive to my questions.”
