“It is slightly too large to fit the existing aluminium rails on the car. It did come with new rails but when I bought the cover nothing was said about needing new rails. When I called COVERWORLD they said it would cost $220 to remove the old rails and refit the new rails. If I knew this would be needed I would have bought the Mitsubishi genuine cover for $700. This is only $100 more than $380 for the cover and $220 to redo the rails and doesn't involve drilling new holes in the tub. I'm disappointed and I have used a pool noodle across the support arm which does make the cover a bit tighter but still not drum tight.”
