“Thanks Coverworld. I mucked up and ordered the wrong cover for my outdoor umbrella. Anne at Coverworld was very helpful and (without making me feel like an idiot) helped me identify the cover I needed. Coverworld happily arranged a refund on my first incorrect order (upon return) and within 5 days I received my new replacement cover (well made and with tough material) is now snugly in place. I'm very impressed with Coverworld and will be looking them up for my next cover purchase.”

“The cover is pretty good. The only comment I have is the tie to pull it tight at the bottom is a bit stiff. Otherwise product is good and service was great.”
