“I recently bought the refill kit and the pod holder set. Out of 12 pods, 3 were imperfect and do not fit in the ceramic chamber. I called customer service with my complaint to rectify this issue over a week ago since then no one has returned my call or has reached out to me via email. The cast for this product is not perfect and only buy them if you want to roll the dice in getting ones that fit as they are intended.”

“Good idea but it leaks some of the grinder flowers. With the way the oven built I don’t think you need it .. just control the dose and you will be fine.”
