“This device broke the very first day I got it. I contacted DaVinci the next day and have had a hell of a time getting a hold of anyone. I have requested from that day to return the device for a refund, and I have mostly been ghosted. I did get one response, requesting some information, which I sent twice. I'm still waiting for someone to get in contact with me to tell me how I can return this $300 paper-weight. Horrible experience, even 1 star is too many.”

“It's not bad but I find myself preferring the original IQ. I bought this after experiencing issues with my IQ, only to later realize it only needed a battery replacement, so I have been using both for the past 2 months or so. I'm not happy with the IQ2 as an upgrade for a few reasons: first of all, a little after buying the IQ2 it had an issue where a blinking H showed on the display and I had to remove the battery to get it functioning again. It was a one time thing but I never had a single issue with the IQ. After turning them both on at the same time on the same setting, I found that the IQ stayed on for approximately 4 minutes 30 seconds longer than the IQ2, which lasted about 5 minutes. I prefer the longer runtime of the IQ (about 10 minutes) and find that with the IQ2 I am often having back to back sessions to make up for it. It's hard to know if this is related to the earlier malfunction or how the IQ2 is by design. I'm not a fan of the change to the display either, the bar that fills as you inhale is cool but not particularly helpful, and not worth the blinking that it comes with which I find mildly annoying. I find the solid light display from the IQ to be more calming and I like how blinking is only used to show it is heating up. For the IQ2, I think that the adjustable air-inlet is a cool idea and was glad that was added, though practically I don't notice much of a difference except when it is set to the most restrictive setting. Overall it is still a good top-quality vape which produces great vapor and is easy to use. I'm giving a critical review since I was extremely happy with the original IQ and I had high expectations for the IQ2, which were not met. If it is your first DAVINCI vaporizer I still recommend buying it, but if you have the original IQ I recommend you take good care of it and don't bother upgrading.”
