“Terrible battery life, doesn't accurately come up to temperature despite what the display claims, and it power cycles after it is below 50% battery likely because it requires so much to heat up. Not at all impressed with this investment and it has been booted to occasional travel use while I enjoy my Mighty+ (which by the way is well worth the investment). Save your money and put it towards better”

“I liked the unit for the 3 days it worked. Now I'm going back and forth with the company who provides no customer support for a replacement. I talked to someone on their phone line once and have never been able to speak to anyone since. They said they would send a unit and then I got emails asking for more information. Since they had my order number I thought that was odd. At this stage I've had to contact my credit card company to assist. DO NOT but anything from this company!”

“When received, the IQ2 produced little to no vapor. I tried several different types of grinds and packs but to no avail. I contacted customer service days ago and got no response. I feel as if I just wasted a couple hundred dollars.”

“I returned my IQ2 vaporizer and I am waiting for my refund. I used the item for one week and found the unit too touchy and requiring too much fussing around. I don't care for the vaping experience.”

“This is my first dry herb vaporizer, so I really don't have anything to compare it to. That said, I read a lot of reviews of this and other vapes before deciding on it, and so far I haven't been disappointed. It's easy to use and works great.”
