“The charging port broke within a few weeks of having this. I emailed support and never received a response. I've purchased the davinci ascend and the first gen of the iq and never had a problem. The lack of response is frustrating.”

“I really like the unit and would give five stars but it randomly doesn't heat up all the way. I've looked online and others have the same complaint but couldn't find an explanation. That's frustrating but otherwise good product.”

“Hi Love your improvement’s. Great job! Like what you improved on magnetic lid. Super! Magnet’s lose strength in heat something you already know. Also the pearl is fastened down much better on lid. The zirconia insert fits down much tighter. Wonderful job. It’s all what I would of done. Just saying. Thanks much”

“Overall good machine. Little bulky and I have to carry around extra batteries to make it through the day. But at least I can make it through the day. Need better battery life quicker port charging (I always use a separate charger) and a little less bulky. We would have a winner”
