“Ended up having to buy this little guy because I needed a new o-ring for it and they don't sell the o-rings by themselves. I can't say enough about customer service here. The rep hooked me up with free shipping for the inconvenience of not having just the o-ring. I have bought A LOT of things from DaVinci and I haven't been disappointed with any of them. Their customer service is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from DaVinci!”

“I love how I can add things like cloves or hibiscus flower or just not use it if I don't want to! And if you add flavorful things like that, it doesn't overpower the taste of the herb at all either.”
