“Honestly i’m still waiting to hear back from customer service. I have owned an older model davinci for several years. The charger no longer worked and a replacement was not available anywhere. We all tried. I saw this one advertised and thought it was cute. It didn’t compare to my original device. I’m having problems with the charging already and it seems like it’s not effective extracting the thc from the bud. I’m not really satisfied with this unit although it’s cute and portable, I’m finding it not very useful. Sorry I’ve loved davinci products for years but my experience trying to get a charger for my old one which i guess became obsolete and this probably wasn’t the best choice for me. As i mentioned i’m waiting to here back from Customer service as to my charging issue after only owning it this short time. Regards Robyn Stoy”

“I like the slim design and the quick recharge. The unit gets very hot, however. Not sure if this is normal.”

“I can’t even figure out how it smokes ! It’s on I can feel the heat but I can’t get a hit . Tried calling customer support it kept kicking out and I dial again same thing. Cannot get Customer support. So I’m not happy because I can’t get it to hit .”
