“I have been using the Miqro for several years now and love it! I always used water pipes before but the Miqro cuts back greatly on all the carbon/soot. I am a casual user, for over 50-years now. I didn't have breathing problems before but now, with the Miqro, I breathe even better”

“YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!!! You chared an extra $50 to have overnight service. My package arrived 8 days later. I left 3 voicemails and 3 emails asking someone to call me, and I have yet to hear from anyone from your company.”

“I have extensively used several companies flower vapes, so my review is with good perspective. The pros are size. Of course, everyone likes small and discreet when it comes to flower vapes. However, size is a double edged sword here as the small size plays into the small battery which Ill cover more in the cons below. Suffice to say, the pros on the MIQRO are just as small as its size... First con. Battery life. 2 uses and dead battery. Two. Mayyybe 3, but probably not. Why the exit LEDs and vibration exits? Seems like a waste of an already small battery size... Second also related to the unit size perhaps... Small oven. Or rather, somewhat small, deep and overall pain in the ass to empty and clean oven. Third. Insufficient instructions on unit disassembly and cleaning. Come on guys, I still don't know how to take it apart without feeling like I may break it. So cleaning is likely not done well. Forth. Absolutely the worst intuitive design. Allow me to elaborate... Power on? Have to press the power button 5 times. FIVE times to power it on or off!!! What are the other buttons for? Well temp up and down which is only set once or twice and its left there. And a host of bloaty functions that few will ever use. Its a flower vape, its number 1 function is to warm flower to the vape stage. If it barely can do that, all the rest is a fail... Perhaps the size alone makes this such a difficult product to get right. Maybe here, slightly bigger would be better in many ways. Hopefully you all can use this critical view to improve the Vaporizer into the next generation of MIQRO.”
