“This is my third MIQRO. The good: small, easy to clean (but do so regularly), and just the right size dose for us light-weight users. Accessories are helpful, but not essential. The little cleaning tool that comes w/ the MIQRO is invaluable - probably the best tool / part.
The bad: batteries don't hold up either in a single charge or holding charging levels over time. Change the battery!!!! Temperature control with the side buttons is a pain and hard to do - i keep the defaults.
Hard to recommend to others with excitement when the battery issue is so keen - USB-C charging, different battery, etc would really help make this better. I've dropped mine, taken backpacking in terrible weather, but with a tad of rubbing alcohol everything keeps working!”
“The collection is great, but unfortunately the battery only lasts for about two smoking sessions totaling less than 10 pulls. I've actually been meeting to contact the company, but I've been too busy. Unfortunately I spent $100 and however many dollars and the micro just got thrown into a drawer because it's practically unusable.
I'm hoping that this is just a battery issue and that the battery sent in the explorer unit were bad, but I have literally only used the unit three times because the battery life is so poor that I'm never able to rely upon it for consumption of medicine.”
“When I read the information, watched the videos, I assumed it would show up in a nifty little box. That wasn’t the case. It showed up in a bunch of different packages as each part was packaged separately. Not a biggie; boxes are recyclable and packaging wasn’t bad. I have the IQC, the second one I got has much better performance. I get that it’s more money but the battery kept dying on the Miqro. I tried to send it back with the first IQC however CS was very slow in their response. It’s been a week since I sent it back so I will wait and see what happens with my refund.”
“The Miqro is a great little unit for hiking and travel. Precision control of temperature is easy to operate and cleaning is simple. The rubber protective sleeve slips off but you get used to it. It could be better with TPU type edges to protect from a drop and hold the unit tight. The pearl on the lid of the chamber has a very dainty screw. I'm glad it came with a spare one. Overall, this little dude is a square deal and I really like it. I will buy another one when this one wears out. Thanks.”
“I’d give it 5 stars if pods were available for the mini. It’s pretty hard to cleanly pack it without. Probably something you should have offered for mini first. Easier to pack larger chambers.”
“Now this is cool it is my second DaVinci and very happy with both , this micro is cool does what I need it to do hopefully it lasts as long as my first one did ! DaVinci did say they can fix mine but it’s the first generation and I wanted a new one but I might get this one fixed ! Again thank you DaVinci”
