“When I received the unit on 12/13/2021 I charged it excited to use and the unit kept shutting off. I then realized that the top where the battery is under and the very top of the unit just pops up and it shut off. I returned the unit on 12/16 and I expect a full refund. I waited as long as I could for your customer service to respond(it took two days) and that is NOT acceptable”

“The battery door does not stay shut. Called customer service and they asked for a video of the issue. We sent a video and have not heard back!! Horrible service and defective product!”

“This is just a personal problem I’m having with the vaporizer. I’m sure it’s good for some people who don’t want the strong smells from other smoking devices or methods but for me it’s not getting me where I want to be for as long as I want to be there. Hope that makes sense”
