“Ive been obsessed with this device ever since I bought it. It’s so easy to use and so convenient. I’m glad I got the extended mouthpiece because it is a little awkward to hit without it. I wish the extended mouthpiece was a little more aesthetically pleasing, but it gets the job done. I took off a star only because of the lack of battery life. It lasts for maybe 2 uses before it needs to be charged again, and it does take quite a while to charge. The extra battery doesn’t really help if you can’t charge it outside of the device. I wish you could charge the batteries separately that way I could have them in rotation, but it’s still a great device nonetheless. One tip I’d give is to make sure your herb isn’t ground up too fine because you do have to pull a bit hard and it can come up through the mouthpiece, which doesn’t bother me much but it could bother others.”
