“The pick tools are fine, but the hassle of uploading my ID to Davinci's 3rd party company was such a hassle that I will not purchase directly from Davinci in the future. The 3rd party age verification company (Blue Check) told me I needed to upload my ID using their website. All good, I did that. Then they tell me that I need to contact Davinci to have them update my name on the order because it doesn't exactly match the name on my ID. I didn't do this because Davinci's customer service's hours are inconvenient, but Davinci sent the order to me anyway, so I guess the age verification didn't even matter. Such an annoying waste of time.”
