We finally stumbled on Dayspring and the way they do business made all the difference. Everyone we spoke to told us that they just send your art to Cross and they do the engraving. The fact that they do their own engraving was a huge benefit since they stock the pens. Ray Hewitt went the extra mile in the 11th hour on Good Friday when he should've gone home early with the rest of the company. He stayed late and then continue to help get our order done even after he had gone home. We were able to get our order on time and satisfied our client. There was one error, I purchased 4 blue and 1 green pens but unfortunately the green was overlooked and I received 5 blue ones.
