“Great product with great customer service. The pen is a little confusing, at first I couldn't find the nib and thought I got a defective item. I emailed customer service and they got back to me extremely fast with a very polite and simple explanation of what my mistake was. The pen arrived just as described and the engraving is clear and precise. It's very shiny and sleek looking. I think the best plus is that I ordered it without extra ink cartrages. So it arrived with one ink cartrage but also one piston! For those who don't know, a piston is basically an empty cartrage that you can easily fill with any ink that you like. I didn't know this was included! This pen is a Christmas gift for my brother who is a banker and now, because of the piston, I can get him different colored bottles of ink for other occasions. This was a nice surprise. I haven't tried writing with the pen, because it is a gift, but the overall quality looks great so I'm sure the ink flow is smooth.”

“The pen is of great quality and the delivery was quick. It's nice to have the ink included. The custom engraving is very nice as well. It has a couple of very small dents on the pen, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I would totally buy this pen again.
