“I was very pleased with the Woodmark Rosewood pen that I purchased from Giftpens.com with one exception. When removing the cap, the ink protector stayed on the pen instead of in the cap. Because I purchased it for a gift, I didn't have time to return the pen so I remedied the problem by gluing the protector inside the cap. That seemed to work and was an easy fix. Other than that, I was pleased with the beautiful engraving and the look of the pen and case. The recipient was also very pleased.”
