“Gave this to my son in law for Christmas. He loved it. The engraving looked great. Be aware it comes with blue ink not black as stated. I complained and Waterman sent 2 black refills at no charge. Great customer service!”

“I want to start out by saying first any problems that we had with the pen were rectified immediately in an extremely timely manner regarding shipping. We were sent a fountain pen instead of a ballpoint pen. I ordered it on a Monday, got it on Wednesday and immediately called the company who corrected it and have the newly engraved Waterman pen delivered by Friday which is what I needed in the first place. They included a shipping label for the return at their expense when I received the proper pen. I had ordered black ink and the pen came with blue ink but I had also ordered refills and they came in Black so it worked out okay. The gal that helped me was very considerate and understanding. Would definitely order from them again. The pen works beautifully and my daughter loves it for journaling”
“I dislike it very much. So disappointed but it’s my fault. I really hate ball point because I can’t find a quality ball point pen. This is no better.
My mistake because I thought I was ordering another rollerball which I really like. I use two ink cartridges per month in my Waterman rollerball.”
