“Very happy with the quality of the E-track. I purchased direct from DCCARGOMALL, it was cheaper than any where else even with shipping. I have bought other e-track elsewhere any the quality was not as good. installed the track on both my utility trailers to secure my utv's.”
“Product quality is as expected
Product was partially covered in cardboard, but cardboard was torn up. Also, tape used to secure cardboard was stuck to the e-track.
Shipping company called to schedule delivery and said someone had to be there for an all-day appt. I asked if they could deliver without signature or call 30 min prior to delivery. Answer for both was no. I asked to speak with a manager who told me I could e-mail a form to authorize delivery without someone there.
I've had the same issue with the same delivery company in the past
Its frustrating, but not a show stopper.”
