“E track arrived on time and in perfect condition. Unfortunately the rest of the order (smaller items) came in a box the looked like black paint was spilled into it, covering some of the items. In addition I only received 11 pieces of an order of 12. This is the first less than perfect order I have received from DC cargo and hope that it is a one time problem.”
