“I ordered some items and got the shipping information. Once items arrived I was missing more than half my order. I tried calling and emailing on a Thursday but got no help because office is closed on St. Patrick’s day. Tried calling again Friday and got no answer and I did not get a response to my email. Office closes at noon on fridays. Had to wait until Monday for a response only to be told all items were delivered. Tuesday I got an email saying there was a shipping error so missing items had to be shipped separately. During this time I wasted my time calling and going to FedEx to see if they had my missing items. Once I received the items on Wednesday I was missing 2 straps because FedEx had damaged one of the boxes. I didn’t complain because I needed the equipment. I also didn’t notice I was missing the 2 2 inch straps that were part of the flatbed super kit. I received those through ups later that week once I had already left for work. I’m happy with the equipment but I’m not happy with the difficulty of solving a shipping issue and how hard it is to contact someone in customer service.”
