“Our setting loves Kathryn coming for our weekly sessions, she always has fresh new ideas to bring each week and is always super positive and caring towards the children. There are always new stories for the children to learn and interact with and there's a message behind them for the children to learn and have fun with. “Debutots has been with us nearly a year and my residents and staff members had a briliant and enjoyable time every visit. Debutots is lead by Kathryn , she is very profesional and kind. She involves reisdents and children to play together and make memories. The kids created a bond with the residnets. I highly recommended every care home to have this kind off sessions . Some of the residents have said the session brings back memories from thier childhood. We cant wait to see them again . Thank you”

“I have been attending Debutots with Kathryn for a full term now and at first i was unsure how it would all work, and i have been so surprised with the whole structure and routine. I attend the sessions with my childminding children and it has made such an impact on their imagination for stories and recalling events. The are now talking about the story we have been learning about in the session and we then go to making up our own stories back at my setting. Kathryn is always interacting with the children and my children love to help her during the session. We have made some lovely friendships with the staff and residents, and always look forward to our wednesday sessions. I would highly recommend these sessions to anyone and we look forward to sharing another term.”

“It’s our favourite day of the week! The children are engaged , and learn so much from Kathryn’s interactive story sessions and we love visiting our grown up friends at their homes . The residents love interacting with the children during the session and at the end we love to chat and read stories together . One comment from a lovely gentleman at the end of one particular day was “that has made my week!” We all leave with our hearts full ❤️ Thank you Kathryn for providing us with this amazing opportunity weekly”

“I have been attending Debutots with Katheryn for two terms now. I have worked in early years for over 16 years and Debutots is one of the best activities we have done. The children in my care have grown in confidence when talking and communicating with the elderly residents at both of the homes we visit. The people we visit love seeing and playing with the children. The stories are fun, interactive and the children gain knowledge in all areas of their development. Katheryn is enthusiastic without being pushy. She is so welcoming and always has a smile on her face. She makes the ideas come alive and grips the interest of the children. I highly recommend Katheryn and the sessions she offers through Debutots to anyone who is able to attend. Both children and residents gain so much from them.”
