“Martine was wonderful for my son's 3rd birthday. She reached out ahead of the event for preferences, likes and dislikes to ensure it was tailored to his needs and desires. At the event she kept 11x 2-4 yr olds entertained for 45 mins. I recommend her for your parties!”

“I have attended several Debutots intergenerational sessions run by Martine with my three year old at a local care home. These sessions have been so wonderful… Martine structures them around storytelling and play, and it allows the little ones to make a really special connection with their ‘grand-friends’, demonstrated by the fact that the room is always filled with smiles and laughter. Martine is an empathetic and engaging communicator and storyteller and she runs the activities expertly to create a lovely inclusive environment for generations to enjoy each other’s company!”

“I would highly recommend Martine from Debutots, she came into our primary school and delivered a bespoke workshop to our Reception class. The workshop was a fairy tales mash up. The children were really engaged throughout and enjoyed all of the different aspects of the workshop. Martine had a brilliant manner with the children and inspired them to continue story telling after the workshop. Martine had also planned and resourced an activity for the children to continue within class, which they also really enjoyed. Thank you Martine!”

“Martine is a wonderful teacher and my daughter, Sara loves her stories. She looks forward to going to Debutots to see Martine on Saturdays. Martine has a great way of articulating such thought provoking stories and reinforces it through drama, creativity and role play. Martine makes sure she has targeted all the senses with her storytelling and my daughters concentration and engagement has definitely improved since going to her Debutot classes- even us parents look forward to it!”

“A lovely one off session for the children at Nursery, learning about Chinese new year. Martine was engaging and her warm nature encouraged the more reluctant children to join in. a simple story taught the children all about the chinese new year and they joined in with movement activities.”

“This is the perfect Saturday morning activity for us! Our 4-year old daughter, who's learning English, is always very excited to attend Martine's class. It's a simple, yet very stimulating activity: we love the songs, the dances, the stories and the crafts. It is also a great opportunity to meet new friends. Martine's storytelling skills are fabulous, which helps our daughter understand the stories and learn new words and expressions. We highly recommend it!”

“All our 2 year old children stayed engaged and participated fully for the whole session. As practitioners we loved the diversity of the session and how it was inclusive to all. Everyone's been singing the Fireworks in the shop song since our session, the song alone covered so many areas of development. We cannot wait for our next Debutots session.”
