“The shirt was stylish and the quality was great, the same as the other Decjuba clothing that I own and love. It's comfy to wear, my normal size 10 fits just right. However delivery took two weeks and a bit of chasing which were more hassles than expected. Initially, the tracking update said the parcel was delivered but I never received it. Contacted customer service and waited for a few days for a reply (longer than the usual 2 working days timeframe as stated on the website). Then my parcel mysteriously showed up at my front door. The outer packaging was ripped but the content was undamaged. The day after the parcel arrived customer service finally replied and sent me proof of delivery that was signed by someone else. A very strange experience and it's putting me off placing another online order. Will just visit a store next time.”
“Perfect, I usually order a size 12 but I opted for a size 10 and so glad I did and that it was available to purchase in the smaller size - lovely fabric, like a linen - the style is boxy/baggy/oversized look - fabulous shirt that can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion - highly recommend.”
