“Haven’t received rug yet. Customer service system abysmal. Final person I spoke to was sympathetic but still could not tell me when I would receive the rug. Promised to call back but still waiting. Documentation received from decorug has a tracking service but no one updates tracking information. Rang the 1300 number on documentation. First time it told me that there was no one to answer my query. Second time I was directed to a local store. They told me they couldn’t help me but gave me another number to ring. They couldn’t transfer me. Rang the new number spoke to someone who appeared to be with a subsidiary organisation. He said he would walk over to the person who dealt with rugs. He came back and told me that person was not at their desk but they would ring back. That person rang back an hour or so later and said the rug was with the courier Allied Express but he couldn’t tell me anything further. I would have to contact Allied Express. I was in my car and couldn’t take down any details re the courier. Still don’t know where my rug is or when it will be delivered. Perhaps you could tell me why I would want to buy anything else from Decorug or recommend Decorug after this experience.”
