“I can’t complete this review as we haven’t received our rug yet. What I will say is Decorug needs to sort out their online order system ASAP. I didn’t receive an email confirmation or receipt so I didn’t even know my order went through. When I called to check it had they could not tell me the estimated delivery date. When I tried to contact the courier I could not call them or get onto their website so I still have no idea where my rug is. Very poor systems on both decorug and allied express’s end. Both need system updating and way to confirm the order and track delivery. Won’t be using or recommending deco rug again unfortunately.”
