“The service was excellent, but I am disappointed with the product. I didn't expect it to be so big, which may be my fault in not reading the description properly. However, I do find that it wastes a lot of floss thread and I can not secure the thread sufficiently to stop it becoming slack or coming off the flosser, so I'm afraid it has gone into the pointless purchase pile.”
