“The two stars are for your misleading website. It says FREE shipping on orders over certain amount. After going through the steps of trying to place an order large enough to qualify, my cart kept trying to charge me for shipping. Finally, I emailed your support. Without apologizing for the misunderstanding, they said FREE shipping only applies to orders in the UK. I’m in the US. I think that’s fine, and makes perfect sense. My complaint is your website should state that variable right up front. Put that proviso on your website’s page right next to the FREE shipping offer. It’ll save your clients time, and reduce customer service contact ... and unhappy feedback like this.”
