“I have used the daily microfoliant and this lived up to my expectations! It left my skin feeling clean and very smooth. My skin did go a little red but calmed down quickly. I wouldn't use this daily, but that is my personal preference for not exfoliating too often. “When I first received the Dermalogica Daily Milkfoliant, I was worried that it would take too much time to prepare the powder, but I was so wrong! All it takes is a little bit of water, a little bit of lathering, and voila - it's ready to use.
There is a light, oaty scent that is absolutely scrumptious, but I managed to stop myself from eating it. Instead, I enjoyed the soft foam texture as it did its work. And wow, does it work!
As someone with dry skin, exfoliants can be a bit of a hit and miss, but this one is a hit every time. My skin feels clean and smooth, without feeling dried out at all. After a week of daily use, my skin texture has improved and some of my blemishes have lightened. I even took the risk of using it during an active acne breakout (yay hormones) and it did not irritate my skin.
A little goes a long way with this product, but I am certainly purchasing a bottle when this gifted one is eventually finished!

“I didn't expect to love this product as usually its not my style, or suited to my skin. I have normal skin and recently have been experiencing lots of breakouts and an unhappy barrier. This cleanser has been a soothing god send! Im absolutely obsessed with the scent, its so very calming, soothing and comforting, it smells like delicious warm , creamy oats! The texture is gorgeous, just enough to feel like my skin is smooth after cleansing, but not over stripped, or over exfoliated. It gently cleanses, while still leaving my skin feeling hydrated and is my favourite to use in the mornings. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a gentle cleanser, or anyone with reactive, sensitive or suddenly unhappy skin. Also the product size is huge! “I was really quite impressed with this product as despite preferring a chemical exfoliator, this formula from dermalogica has performed so well for my skin! I really appreciate how finely milled this physical exfoliant is as when mixed with water, it's a gentle, milky consistency without the grit old school exfoliators can have. You can also customise how thick or thin you'd like it by adjusting the amount of water added to it. “I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I envisioned it being quite messy to use with the product being in powder form, it wasn’t at all. It was easy and fun to use. The packaging is sleek as I would expect from Dermalogica and I was very impressed that the bottle is made from 50% recycled materials. My face has had a lot of redness recently and the Milkfoliant has helped to calm it down a lot soothing my skin. My skin feels so soft after using and clean. The 74g bottle is huge and will last a long time, very impressed. I don’t personally exfoliate daily but I’ve been using this every other day and my skin is loving it.

“This product is a serious godsend for my skin in winter. I get super dry skin during the drier months and I'm really enjoying the benefits of this. The packaging is fine, not the best for the shower which is where I like to use it - but once moisture gets in there it turns all clumpy. I've noticed my pores becoming more refined and my texture minimised. The other thing is the smell- it's quite milky, sickly almost. But If you can get over that it's great! “I have been a long time user of the OG Dermalogica Microfoliant, but never used it everyday. This milkfoliant is an absolutel dream to use, and I feel comfortable using it everyday. It leaves my skin feeling so soft, and it is not irritating at all. I leave this in my shower and it's easy to use. The 74g bottle is massive and will go a very long way. I have oily congested skin and I like using a physical exfoliant from time to time to make my skin feel a bit clearer. It generates a really nice milky lather (probably from the oats), and doesn't feel scratchy on the skin. I like to mix it with my cleanser, and it makes my evening cleansing routine so much nicer!
