“I'm a long time Dietlicious customer so it's obvious I like the food. The one thing that I find disappointing however are the dishes with puree. The puree consistency is unappealing. It's more like a liquid than a puree. I appreciate it must be challenging to create something that resembles puree after it's been heated but I think that process needs a rethink at your end. I'm happy to continue being a taste guinea pig and it would be neat if this critique was noted from your end, ideally with an update. I don't need the 20 loyalty points. I'll happily swap them for a finished puree product that can be picked up by a fork rather than being able to drink through a straw. Apart from that - love your work Janelle.”
