These are fantastic blocks for Rats without the added concern of poisoning other pets (although we don't risk putting in coup where poultry can eat if bored. Been using it for months now and the only thing dead are rats and mice - lots! I find these blocks don't break away as easily as other brands which for us is great as we don't always put it in a spot undercover. Lasts long enough if it gets damp and still gets eaten by rodents. We have found it has been worth the investment to protect our chickens and ducks from vermin and a few scattered around the vegie garden has also made a difference.
