“I bought a set of carpets for my Hyundai Tucson in January this year.
The drivers mat has a big hole in it.
I requested a replacement but was told this was normal wear.
Car mats should last longer than 3 months before replacement.

“The fit to the matts were spot on. Only advice I would say would be to label the mats with the vehicle type when sending out more than one set of mats. Was confusing at first but we got the correct mats to the 2 cars we had made the rest for.”
