I fins the 5htp incredible for my complex PTSD the vitamin B or Calcium they add in different batches makes a huge difference to my mood and sleep. I use to sleep with a helmet that fed whitenoise into my ears and covered my eyes to assist with sleep, I have not had to use this at all. Highly recommended on every level. The price is also really competitive and I have not found anything with this mg on each ingredient anywhere near this in the UK”
