“My 4 year old daughter has ADHD and trouble staying falling and staying asleep. She loves the taste of the gummy stars and falls asleep 20 min after taking them. It also helps her to stay asleep through the night. It helps with night terrors. It also helps her with sleeping in a dark room which naturally raises melatonin levels.
