“For products like paracetamol/acetaminophen it would be actually be a bit cheaper to buy products (of unknown origin) in the UK supermarket, but only about two dozen capsules at a time due to regualtions! Here its so convenient to have quantities like 500 or more in stock at home and avoid the faff.”
