“Very poor service from DIY. I received a falcon king tank that was not as described. on the website clearly stated extra coil and glass included but wasn't. And to make matters worse the tank didn't even work, they then ignored all my emails and when I rang them they said they would get back to me straight away, they never did and now ignore my calls. I will be doing a charge back through my credit card for receiving faulty goods and they have now lost a good customer.”
