Pre-school sleep program Reviews

Recently we were having issues with our 2 year old refusing to go down at night. Nothing was working and we were at a complete loss! We can’t thank Dr Golly enough! The course content is really clear and concise. I found it easy to read over and yet incredibly comprehensive. I really liked how you could skip ahead in areas as you needed. There was also the option to save graphs and schedules for printing which I loved. It was obvious how well considered all the information was… best part.. it worked! Our daughter is going to sleep at night without any issues and we couldn’t be happier with the huge turnaround! Thanks Dr Golly

I used this program developed by Dr Golly and his wonderful team when my son was about 4 months old. We were really struggling, not just with sleep but feeding, reflux and weight issues. It marked a turning point in literally our lives! We have the most beautiful, thriving boy who is honestly the best sleeper…we don’t brag too much but he really is - all thanks to the help we’ve received! A must for every single family regardless of the age!

Helped us so much when we were at rock bottom thanks to sleep deprivation and had no idea how to claw back some sanity. Structured and sensible and most importantly, effective! Thank you!

We have really enjoyed going through the program. There were so many helpful tips that were easy to implement straight away that have already made a big difference . We love the CALM concept and have modified this to work for our daughter. She happily jumps into bed every night now and we now longer have any battles or power struggles. It has been incredibly helpful and she now goes to sleep a lot quicker, and more calmly and peacefully. Bedtime is a lot more relaxing for everyone; parents included! I also really appreciated all the extra advice and information provided on a range of different topics. Navigating the world and development of a toddler is tricky so any tips or tricks we can get is always helpful. Highly recommend this program to others

I was lucky enough to have Dr Golly check up on my first born at Cabrini in the hospital. We came to him for a check up at 6 weeks and he helped us get into a routine that worked for our family with eating and sleeping and helped us discover some intolerances my son had. He also encouraged ways my husband could get involvement which gave me a break () and made my husband feel more bonded with the baby. I have used his sleep techniques and schedule for both my boys ( a now 2 year old and 5 month old) and they each slept from 10pm - 7am from About 12 weeks old. Looking back, i would’ve paid any amount of money for this advice!! Now that i have purchased the 2-5 year program we are learning about nutrition, development, and kinder transition, all of which are extremely helpful. Thank you for creating a program to help parents. Not just the baby but mom and dad too.

Dr Golly is very innovative and engaging on social media. A lot of common sense practical advice for young families. I wish Dr Golly’s sleep program had been around a few years earlier! Looking forward to some more tips on juggling bedtimes with 2-5 year olds and getting them to sleep through the night!

We sought the help of Alex and Dr Golly after nights of lack of sleep for both ourselves and our little one. Would highly recommend to anyone - best thing we did for ourselves and our little one!

Dr Golly's sleep advice considers sleep solutions from physiological, behavioural and emotional perspectives for the appropriate age group of the child. It also considers how the child's environment influences the quality of their sleep. This is so important because it means that the advice we're implementing as parents is holistic, tailored to age and developmental needs, based on research evidence and prioritises the wellbeing of our child and the child's parents.
