“We have tried numerous guides and even had a sleep consultant come in and we really struggled to find anything that would work with our very very clingy 13 month old and sleep was almost non existent unless we put him to be with us. After trying sleep school, co-sleeping, online sleep programs and a gentle sleep consultant. It was only after completing Dr Golly’s program that Zayn started sleeping through the night. Before the program, Zayn would wake up multiple times a night, sometimes it was a false start, sometimes for a feed or often it was a split night. Zayn was night weaned straight away, and went from never sleeping more than 4-5 hours, to 10,11 then 12 hours straight. There were improvements every day, but this all happened within a few short weeks.
