“I’ve only been taking them for a few weeks and they are easy to take but I’ve not noticed any major change yet but I think I should wait at least a month to know if they help.”
“I've been taking these for about 2 weeks, not sure if I'm noticing much difference, as I have to take antidepressants 150mgs everyday. May give me a bit more energy than normal and lift my mood a little. However they don't smell or taste very pleasant.”
