“So far (about one month in) the magnesium supplement seems to be working very well. It’s difficult to describe accurately, but my quality of sleep is much better and I definitely feel more rested. I have also had noticeably fewer episodes of muscle cramping, which at times had been frequent and debilitating (mainly leg cramps, but also abdominal/intercostal muscles), and fewer general aches and pains! The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars overall is that I want to see what happens with longer use - I’m hoping the muscle cramping will stop completely.”
