“I recently stopped taking my HRT as it wasn't agreeing with me and trying to get to see a GP just now is a nightmare. When I've stopped HRT before the crash has been horrible and I've had to go straight back on it. This time though, I've been using Menofriend and it's been great. “I was looking forward to trying this, I had read good reviews on it helping with hot flushes (even post operation menapause). Sadly they didn't help with me at all. Even the breast pain wasn't helped at all.
I have gone back to my evening primrose oil capsules for that and sadly am still on a search for the hot flushes and any help. Its been a 12 yrs search so far. I'm beginning to believe there is nothing to help me.
These were worth a try though, I am an awkward case where tabs don't work or have weird side effects.”
