“This product for me has an extremely strong effect. It hosts nervy levels and I think also boosts mood, but I can not trial it consistently as after I have had even just one capsule in the morning, I can’t sleep at night. I become tired in the usual way but then lie awake for many hours, eventually sleeping about 4-6am, then I’m awake and instantly up again, with a sort of empty energy. This effect wears off over about 3-4 days, then I feel by usual self and start to consider risking trying another capsule. Every time I try one, the exact same happens. Not a sustainable option unfortunately. I don’t know which ingredient or which combination causes this effect but would like to see them reformulated due to the insomnia element.”
