I'm 40 years old, I started taking these because my brain fog had become so debilitating it was affecting my work and relationships. I couldn't concentrate on any conversation or remember what I had just said, it was scary. These tablets have absolutely saved me from that, I didn't have high hopes at all but I now surprise myself by how 'on the ball' I am compared to the last year. I no longer have hot flushes and my energy levels are back up too!
Word of warning though.. my experience is that these tablets may affect your menstrual cycle negatively. I have been on a 28 day cycle (almost to the hour) for 25 years. The first month of taking these tablets, my period was a week late which has never ever happened. The following month, it was a week early so I only had a 3 week break between them. Also, I noticed when I didn't take the tablets for 2 days recently my hot flushes came back super-charged very quickly.
Overall though, I won't be without these tablets now and would recommend them to all my friends.”
