“Honestly haven't noticed much of an effect taking these compared to taking other supplements that contain magnesium but will continue taking and see if they have an effect on sleep quality or general mood as im interested if the 5htp will have a noticeable effect”

Not prepared to spend additional money to add another product to take along side it as too costly! Shame.”
