“I think this is helping me, I have not been taking it very long but I take 2 capsules daily (recc 1-4), I think that gives me benefit to my IBS though I think it is not a huge benefit, I hope the anti cholesterol side shows benefit, which I must admit is a good part of my reason for taking it. I am wary to go further into the dosage as my IBS seems quite sensitive to change”
