My 6 year old German shepherd has had ongoing skin issues for the last couple of years, (we switched her to a raw diet which only helped a little) it was so severe recently that we had no other option but to put her on strong antibiotics and antifungals for 2 months. Her skin cleared up, but she was still scratching because the core issue wasn’t fixed, which worried me, and I wanted to find a more natural option to help it.
