“The lack of a shop that we can go in and speak to people directly is a very large problem. The web site is very unclear on what products fit other products and when ordering it is very unclear the amount of that product you are ordering is also unclear. On my last order I want two box's of coils, I got two coils. It has been an endless list of problems like this since the shop closed. We bought 3 eleaf batteries and tanks they came with a tank and all was good. When we went to change the coils they tasted burnt and didn't work well at all. We contacted online customer service (what a Joke) they didn't help at all. Also the quality of the oils very unstable some of the oils we get are very think and dark other are very light and watery So no I am sorry to say in the past year it has gone from 5 star to 2”
