“Returned a battery for an Innokin Endura T18II that had a problem with the button that wasn't responsive enough and didn't give enough positive feedback when in use. Also because of this, the battery would turn itself off when in use because of the faulty button. Returned the faulty battery to ECD. After testing, they confirmed the fault and sent me a replacement battery. This new battery was dispatched by ECD on the Friday and I received it on the Saturday. No problems with this battery in use. I believe ECD were very responsive on this issue. In view of how they dealt with this issue, I would be happy to reorder from them again in the future and I would also happily recommend ECD to others.”
“Ordered a new battery for an Innokin Endura T18II. Unfortunately, the battery had a tricky issue with the button not being responsive enough. Sent the battery back to ECD. After testing ECD agreed that the button wasn't as responsive as expected. ECD sent a replacement on a Friday which I received on Sunday. This new battery seems to be fully functional with no issues to report. Excellent service provided by ECD. They were extremely quick in dealing with the issue once their testing had confirmed the problem. Would happily order again from ECD in the future.”
